FW 2022 | Romanticizing Rural Life

A look at Rural Life through rose-tinted glasses, the over-romanticization of otherwise struggling dawn-to-dusk lifestyle that might only be appealing to the outsiders (the Urban Dwellers). This collection is to make awareness of Social Inequality, one of the major problems in Thailand.

​

​The collection is made (mostly) of Thai Silk textiles with ikat technique (hand-woven),modern Thai prints as well as NadynJadyn signature prints depicting rural lifestyle. The colors range from dawn to dusk. The patterns give hints of the imbalance between simple and complication.

​

This collection has been a part of runway show for Bangkok International Fashion Week 2022 at Siam Center.
